Retrieve a liquidation workflow by ID.

Liquidation is started automatically by Embed during eligible account closures. Partners do not create liquidations directly — use the liquidation.liquidation_id returned on Create/Get Account Closure to poll progress and inspect quote outcomes or per-asset failures.
